Account & Profile

How do I create an account?
Download Entangled from the App Store and sign up with your email. You'll set up your profile, add photos, and define your relationship preferences during onboarding.
Can I change my relationship structure preferences?
Yes. Go to your profile settings to update your relationship style, what you're looking for, and who you'd like to meet at any time.
How do couple profiles work?
Partners can link their profiles to browse and match together. Both individuals maintain their own accounts while sharing a connected couple presence.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the app and select "Delete Account." This permanently removes your profile, messages, and data. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your App Store settings.

Matching & Discovery

How does matching work?
Browse profiles on the Discover grid. Express interest, and if the feeling is mutual, you'll match and can start messaging. Couple profiles can discover and match as a unit.
What is the Constellation Map?
The Constellation Map is a visual representation of your relationship network. It shows your connections and how they relate to each other in an interactive, star-chart style view.
What is Relationship DNA?
Relationship DNA is your unique profile of relationship values and communication styles. It helps us suggest more compatible matches and gives potential connections insight into how you approach relationships.
I'm not seeing many profiles. What can I do?
Try expanding your distance range or broadening your preferences in Settings. Entangled is growing, and new members join regularly.

Safety & Privacy

How does Entangled keep me safe?
We have blocking and reporting tools, rate-limited sensitive actions, and active moderation. Disappearing photos auto-delete after viewing, and all data is encrypted in transit.
How do I block or report someone?
Tap the user's profile and select "Block" or "Report." Blocked users cannot see your profile or send you messages. Reports are reviewed by our team.
What are disappearing photos?
Disappearing photos are ephemeral images that expire 90 seconds after the recipient first views them. A countdown ring shows time remaining, and the photo is permanently deleted from our servers after expiration.
Who can see my profile?
Only registered Entangled users can view profiles. Your profile is not indexed by search engines. Review our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

Subscriptions & Billing

Is Entangled free?
Entangled offers a free tier with core features. Premium subscriptions unlock additional capabilities like unlimited super likes and advanced discovery filters.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store account. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to change or cancel your plan.
How do I request a refund?
Since payments are processed through the App Store, refund requests should be submitted through Apple's support at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can also contact us for help.

Community Forums

What are the Community Forums?
A space within the app for ENM community discussion. Share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others navigating ethical non-monogamy.
What are the forum rules?
Be respectful, stay on topic, and respect all relationship structures. No harassment, hate speech, or solicitation. Posts that violate community guidelines will be removed and may result in account action.
Can I report a forum post?
Yes. Tap the menu icon on any post or reply and select "Report." Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly.
